Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time does not include weekends or Canadian holidays.

We also offer a “Skip the Line” processing upgrade, which allows your order to be prioritized and shipped the next business day.
Please note: this is not expedited shipping, only a processing upgrade.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Standard Shipping: Available based on carrier
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150 CAD
Express Shipping: $24.99 CAD (1–3 business days)

International Shipping

International shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery speed and costs vary based on the destination and courier.

Please note that international orders may have different delivery terms depending on customs processes and destination regulations.

Delivery time begins from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Oversized, embellished, or special-order items may require additional lead time. If so, an estimate will be provided.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If you do not receive your tracking information within two business days of order confirmation, please email us at info@khomofashion.com.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

K’homo Fashion is not responsible for:

Packages delayed or returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received.
Packages lost in transit after delivery is confirmed.

If your package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, we will issue store credit (excluding shipping costs).
Reshipping fees will apply if you choose to have the item resent.

International Orders

K’homo Fashion covers the applicable customs duties and import charges.

Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or handling charges when their package is delivered.

All international sales may be final — please review the terms at checkout.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier (Canada Post, UPS, DHL, etc.) to open a missing package claim before reaching out to us.

We’re unable to assist without a valid claim number, as carriers require the customer to file it first.

Please open your claim as soon as possible after the package is marked delivered.

Once your claim is opened, please email info@khomofashion.com with your claim number so we can review and assist further.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@khomofashion.com with the following:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item

We will review and make it right.
